For customers in Germany and other EU countries within the SEPA zone, prepayment is only accepted for the first three orders. After this, SEPA B2B Direct Debit or invoice payment is preferred.For customers outside the SEPA zone (EU third countries and international), prepayment is generally accepted.Please note: Prepayment may significantly increase delivery times due to international banking processes. Based on our market data, this can lead to a customer drop-off rate of up to 67% compared to faster payment methods. We therefore strongly recommend choosing SEPA Direct Debit or invoice wherever possible.
